We will visit the property at intervals agreed with you to ascertain that the tenants are maintaining the property as per their obligations.
We will of course check that cleanliness has been maintained and that no damage to any décor, fixtures and fittings or soft furnishings has occurred.
We would normally arrange these inspections mid tenancy during the first six months of occupation and then half yearly should the tenancy be extended.
Adequate notice of our intention to visit will always be given to the tenant in occupation.
We do ask that we as managing agents be provided with a set of keys for such visits and for emergency access to the property. Following each visit we will send you a brief report detailing our findings
