As part of our services to landlords we can arrange and complete an inventory and schedule of condition at an additional cost – even if the property is unfurnished there should be a schedule of condition for the property itself.
Unless the condition of the interior decor of the property and fixtures and fittings are properly documented, it is hard to claim recompense for any damage at the end of the tenancy.
Both the inventory and schedule of condition will be agreed by the tenant at the beginning and at the end of the tenancy
