Tenancy Renewals

About three months prior to the end of the tenancy we will contact you to receive your further instructions.

We will then take the appropriate action with the tenant to renew their tenancy, allow the initial agreement to become an Assured Shorthold Periodic Tenancy or to schedule their check out.

Under the terms of a periodic tenancy, the tenant is obliged to give 1 months notice of their intention to vacate the property and the landlord 2 months notice prior to repossession.

The property will be re-marketed if the incumbent tenants are not renewing their tenancy
