The agreement made between Celtic Lettings and a landlord may be terminated by either party by giving 2 months notice.
A fee equal to 1 months rent will be payable to Celtic Lettings by the landlord where the landlord continues letting to tenants introduced by Celtic Lettings.
Instructions to terminate the agency agreement must be communicated in writing by either party.
