This is a self managed scheme, where home owners use the Celtic Lettings site to advertise their properties.

All enquiries received will be sent directly to home owners within a 24hrs period by the selected preferred method of communication (telephone or email). It will then be the home owners’ responsibility to negotiate the rental price and ensure that the correct rental agreements are put in place.

All properties advertised, can feature a brief description of the property (maximum 50 words) key features, along with 6 pictures. These can be changed on four occasions, after that a nominal fee will be charged.

Once you have signed up, Celtic Lettings Ryder Rentals team will be in contact to arrange your property listing.

Celtic Lettings will fully manage the rental process, including:

• Vetting potential clients
• Supplying a professional photography service
• Providing and ensuring all relevant rental agreements are in place and signed prior to occupation.
• Securing a deposit and bond for your property
• Sign guests out at the end of the rental agreement.
• Provide the rental guests with an emergency 24hr phone service.
