Moving Out / Check Out

At the end of the tenancy we will issue tenants guidance notes for moving out.

Where we manage a property, we will personally check tenants out of the property using the inventory and schedule of condition prepared and agreed at the outset of the tenancy, for guidance.

Tenants are responsible for the property during their occupation and we expect you to hand back the property in the same condition that it was handed to you at the start of the tenancy.
