Inspection Visits

Celtic Lettings will regularly inspect the property during the tenancy and provide a written report to the landlord.

The tenancy agreement makes reference to the fact that we have the right to visit the property at times acceptable to the tenant, provided reasonable notice has been given.

We will visit the property at agreed intervals to ascertain that the property is being maintained as per tenants obligations.

We will check that cleanliness has been maintained and that no damage to any décor, fixtures and fittings or soft furnishings has occurred.

We would normally arrange these inspections mid tenancy during the first six months of occupation and then half yearly should the tenancy be extended
