Tenancy Renewals

About three months prior to the end of the tenancy we will contact you to receive your further instructions.

With the agreement of your landlord it may be possible to renew or extend your tenancy – in the latter case, allowing your initial agreement to become an Assured Shorthold Periodic Tenancy.

Should the tenancy not be renewed or extended, we will schedule your check out.

If you decide to extend, then under the terms of a periodic tenancy, you will be obliged to give us 1 months notice of your intention to vacate the property and the landlord is obliged to give you 2 months notice of repossession..
