Tenant Application Process

Once you have chosen a property it will be necessary for you to complete an application – for ease and quickness this can also be downloaded from our website and emailed back to us, or this can be obtained from us when we meet you to view a property.

At this stage you will be asked for a holding deposit of £150 plus vat.

We require you to pay us this holding deposit per property prior to taking up references.

In the event that negative feedback is received from the referencing company or you withdraw your application for whatever reason, your holding deposit will be forfeited.

Subject to acceptable references being received and your application continuing, then the full amount of the holding deposit plus any additional fess will be added to the total payable.

With your completed application form we ask you to provide current photo identification, for example driving license or passport, so that we can verify your identity. This must be an original document that we can copy and keep on file. We also require sight of a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your current address.
